European rules as the starting point
We follow the GDPR in how we collect and store data, and we explain how we use artificial intelligence on our AI Act page. The Privacy Policy has the full list of sub-processors and where each one is located.
Transparency: the AI engines we measure
To measure a brand’s visibility, we ask questions to the AI engines people use, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. Most of them belong to US companies. In those requests we send only the questions for each topic; we don’t send account data, emails or any other personal data about our customers.
