In short
AI share of voice is the portion of brand mentions, across a set of answers, that belongs to your brand. It complements answer share by showing your weight against competitors.
The formula
Share of voice = your brand’s mentions ÷ mentions of all tracked brands
Example: in a topic with 200 answers, your brand is mentioned 60 times and total brand mentions are 240. Your share of voice is 25%.
